You can do better going to a big box store. I did a super small kitchen. The design process was kind of fun but nothing special. The installation was certainly sub-par, not on time. The finished products were poorly executed in places (cabinet doors off center, soft close drawers that won't close softly). I tried to get that corrected, but no response came through. The installers clearly have no investment in the business, so they could not care less about customer satisfaction. Oh, I let the installers have my old cabinets (not a small thing). They came by to get the cabinets while I was a way and somehow my bike was taken the same day from my yard (terrible coincidence or shady, shady people).

Went great overall, but have had to have them out to make some minor fixes. Very responsive.
