Tom arrived on time and was most professional. He pointed out
things that even the Registrarer of Contractor's missed on their last
inspection such as the Duct work had not been properly to the unit- and the
Drain lines were laying on top of the Coolant lines as well as the items that I
needed an estimate for repairs from the ROC Court Case.
* Tom was
kind and DID NOT charge me for the inspection as I need 3 different Bids
to submit to the Recover Fund.- This was a God send since I live on a
limited SS income.
* Tom provided with me the
Estimate /Bid after his inspection.
* Tom is
very respectful and polite
