Mark came out and gave me a fair quote to run electrical and install a second out door light fixture. He returned on the given day and time to perform the install. He did an awesome job and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. I was even surprised when he came in under his expected estimate. We already know that we?ll be using Butera Electric for a few other electrical jobs throughout our home.

They definitely were professional, very thorough and did a good job. I think it took just a little longer than we expected.

Nathan was on time, was very friendly and professional. The installations were done exactly as I asked and look perfect.

They were on time and perfomed the work quickly without leaving a mess.

The service was fine. I had no dislikes at all. The electrician was punctual. My appointment was set up in a convenient time for me. He cleaned up. He showed me how to operate my new lights. It was great.

He was excellent. He was very honest and worked very quickly.  The owner himself is the guy that showed up. He didn't try to sell me on the things I didn't need. I actually tried to get him to come back later to help install a hot tub but he was already booked up. He however gave me a name of another person to do it for me. The work was great. I didn't spend more than the Big Deal price. He  came to do the work a month after I'd purchased the Big Deal but that was because of my schedule and not his.

Happy with work and results!

I dont always write reviews but know that is the basis for Angie list so here goes. Mark was very busy and booked out a few days in advance but after explaining my dilemma he PERSONALLY made time to come out on the weekend and address all my problems, and got me up and running and left me with piece of mind. After meeting mark and witnessing his work I'd have to say Marks response to the lady who gave a bad review about him not coming out till Jan is dead on, although I did NOT have to wait but a couple of days, and surely understand the basis of quality over quantity as far as employees, fellow angies listers, I know you get that too, thats why we pay for this service! He seems very particular about who he has on staff, and I can't speak for his employees as I was fortunate enough to get the man himself to do the repairs, but after speaking with him in depth and witnessing his work, and ethics, i have no reason to look else where for my future electric needs and have already handed his card out to others needing service. Mark, i know you'll be reading this at some point, thx so much for your time on Sunday, and for getting us up and running. Peeps he did stuff at my house that left me with a total sense of relief and confidence that Ive joined the Butera family of customers that will be hounding him in the future for lots of needed work around here.

We contacted Butera Electric on Thursday and were able to get an appointment for the following Saturday. Mark Butera arrived at the time set up. The first thing he did was to check and make sure the the appropriate breaker was in the on position as we had done prior to contacting his company. Mark then moved inside to do some more investigation. Finding nothing, he went back to the breaker box and discovered that while the breaker in question looked to be in the on position it was actually off. With that our problem was solved. When asking what we owed, Mark told us we owed him nothing. We had expected to at least pay for the service call. He just asked that we utilize him for any other electrical needs and provide him a recommendation to others. WOW, how often does that happen any more? We would definitely call Butera Electric again and would recommend him to others.

The service was excellent.  These guys do what they say they are going to do and at a very reasonable price. .  Mark was responsive, let us know what was going on and was extremely professional. We'll definitely use Butera Electric again and let our friends know about your quality services. Great work!  Thank you.  

Great very professional could,t be better

very professional and hard working. did a great job. they offered to extend the deal if I wanted replace or install any other fans even though the deal was over.

It went well and he fixed an issue we were having with one of our outlets.
