My husband seems quite pleased with their work. They are very nice. If they are going to take longer than expected for the repair, they offer to drive you home. This is a small, family owned shop. We will definitely continue to use them for future work.

It was great from the start. 1st of all, the operator at the toll-free number suggested that I make the rental one-way and drop the truck off down there. This saved a LOT of mileage that I would have had to pay to go both ways. She referred me to a location near my home to pick up the truck. When I got there, they (Art's Family Auto) were in the process of cleaning and shining up the truck. It was in great shape, and ready to go with a full tank of gas. We used it to drive around picking up furniture from various places the night before, then drove it to Tucson the following day. Everything worked well and the move went smoothly. We had some difficulty finding the drop-off location (it was nighttime and the place was a new location and not well signed), but all things considered, it went off without a hitch (ha, ha).
