I like their service and their promptness. I don't like their price. I think they are high priced. I have never had any issues with the service. They are okay, except for their price.

FIRST OF ALL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE AIR FLOW IS MORE EVEN THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE NOW AND IT MADE MY ELECTRIC BILL DROP. ALSO THE MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND QUICK TO MAKE UP FOR THE BELOW INCIDENTS AND OFFERED ME A FREE SERVICE CALL NEXT YEAR. THEY DID NO-SHOW MY FIRST APPT. BUT CAME EXACTLY ON TIME FOR THE SECOND. THEN THE DUCTWORK MAN HAD TO COME OUT THE THIRD TIME TO LOOK AT IT (2 HRS LATE). I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND HE STARTED THE WORK BEFORE I COULD SAY I'D HIRE THEM. I WOULD HAVE ANYWAY BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED THE OPTION TO KNOW THE COST BEFORE I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE. I LEFT 2 MESSAGES TO HAVE A MGR. CALL AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. THE THIRD TIME THE MGR. ANSWERED AS ABOVE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE A COMPANY THAT MAKES UP FOR THEIR (SMALL) MISTAKES DESERVES BUSINESS. I'M HAPPY WITH IT.

REPAIRMAN WAS PROMPT. PROBLEM DIAGNOSED QUICKLY AND VALVE WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY. ICE MAKER WORKS GREAT NOW.
