Brilliant Pools, LLC have been excellent from the start. Installed a new & correct filter system & maintain it & my pool weekly. Devon is a friendly hard working young man who answers all my questions & does a great job.

Great communication: texts from technician when he is on the way, Emailed pictures after service.

They arrived a bit early. They were efficient. He did everything he said he would do and a bit more. I am extremely happy with the results.

They are very professional and they do what they say they will at a reasonable price. They acid washed my pool and restarted it, I hired them for weekly service and they actually send me a photo report of what is happening with my pool. I just think thatâ s awesome accountability! I wouldnâ t use anyone else for my pool now, guys like this are hard to find!

Always there when you need them. They service several pools that I manage and have done a great job!

We used them for quite a while and then they quit unexpectedly after we complained about a green pool. I think it is reasonable to expect your pool not to be green when you pay for pool service. We had to hire a new company and there was nothing that could be done with the water because it was so poorly managed. How drain and refill was the only option.

I have a nice size in ground pool and I had them empty, Acid wash and refill my pool and they were great and my pool looks Amazing I would recommend this company 100% very professional from beginning to end answered all my questions no problem I am a very happy customer and I am going to have them maintain my filters every 4 to 6 months very happy customer

They send me emails after every visit that include the water quality, chemicals added, and a picture of the pool (post work). Excellent company.
