I had been with other agents and none of them had any success. One agent said I should drop the price. I found Brian and I gave him a shot and was able to sell it at a higher price. I recommended him to a friend. He is very aggressive and extremely competent. He is very professional and courteous. He put his money where his mouth was and said he would drop the commission if he didn't sell it in thirty days. He was extremely good about whenever somebody saw the house he would follow up with them and then report with me on how it went.
