Met Brian by chance when touring an open house one year before we were ready to sell/buy. He kept in contact but never pushy. Brian was introduced to us when we were looking to purchase our first home. He took his time to explain the home buying process to us and helped us tremendously in making the best decisions.  He pointed out defects in homes that we would never have recognized as first time buyers - that meant a lot to us as it showed he had our best interest at heart and wasn't just there to sell us just ANY home.  The market was very competitive when we were buying and when our home came on the market, Brian met us out there late into the evening so we could move quickly on the offer.  Despite the market, Brian was able to negotiate the price of the home favorably for us and closed the deal!  Since then we've sold that first home with Brian's help.  He helped us to clean-up and stage the home to make it desirable for prospective buyers and his insights helped us to price the home for more than we thought we might get and it sold quickly!  We set out searching for our next home and Brian took the same care he did with us the first time around - pointing out things we wouldn't notice, helping us estimate what repairs might cost us and helping us to feel really good about our final decision.  We've been in this home for awhile now and are really enjoying it - Brian even helped us with furniture selection and decorating ideas to help maximize the space we have.  The best part about working with Brian is that we don't just have a professional resource in the real estate field - we've also developed a wonderful friendship!  If you're buying or selling - work with Brian!!  He is the BEST!
