Wonderful company, great techs and staff. Cut our APS bill in half. Their service is high quality, on time, and their guys are superb. Had a problem with a service contract, and Mike Brewer, the Owner, intervened and resolved the issues. Can't go wrong with this company, from our viewpoint.

We have never endorsed any of our technicians to complete an assignment with less than perfect results, however we do understand that our technicians can make mistakes in judgement. We feel that [Member Name Removed] should have never been charged for this service. A refund has been processed for the full amount, and another technician will be completing the work to the customers satisfaction. No matter the issue, if a customer contacts us to communicate a problem, we are ALWAYS willing to work with them so that they are completely satisfied. Tech was professional and diagnosed the problem correctly. Tech showed up 30 minutes after the 4 hours window. Did not call ahead as requested. When called to schedule company was not willing to give upfront pricing on how much they charge for freon refill. Also, tech told me he will not waive trip charge if He has to come back to repair. When asked if he has the parts needed to repair he said he has to go to a warehouse to collect and come back. If he is to leave and come back anyway why charge a trip charge for a repair that's approx 700 bucks? This is more than the twice amount I paid to fix it through another company.

It was okay. They quoted their terms and prices for the units and after they dissembled my furnace and air conditioning unit, the prices changed.

Great. The unit has been working over the weekend with no issues. The company has a membership plan to cover the AC and part replacement. My cooler is still under warranty so I am considering a membership. Only issue is Members get emergency service right away, so my appointment was bumped twice.

I will most likely use Brewer in the future but will also check with other HVAC firms in the area. I was disappointed with Brewer on Labor Day of last year. Our A/C system quit and I was unable to connect with their office. No answer, no voice mail. They advertise 24/7 service. I contacted another firm for the repair.

Technicians were very prompt and professional. Initially, the master bedroom was still not cool compared to the rest of the house so they promptly came back and installed an additional return in that room. So far everything works great. We were uncomfortable when finding out that ownership changed right after making such a big purchase but the new owner is honoring the contract and we had no problem when we had it serviced for the first time (regular maintenance).
