I have no record of the gentleman trying to contact me: no email, no text, no voice message. I'd be happy to provide a quote, but it must go through the system and, ultimately, I need assessor tax ID number or copy of deed to do my records research before quoting. I love to talk about boundary issues (these are the basis of my career), but requests need to go through the system and I need the aforementioned information....I cannot quote in generalities. If he'd like to try again, via the system, I happy to discuss. No phone calls up front....please!
