Bill was outstanding. He not only did the job we wanted, he went above an beyond by making the bolt that holds the gate to the ground more secure and replaced the latch, so the gate works better than when it was new. We have used Blue Knight for years on all kinds of lock and key issues. He always arrives on time and his prices are better than other locksmiths we used in the past. We won't use anyone else.
