Blend Painting / Drywall

I hired Martin a number of times. While he is slow he would finish the job. Recently he painted the interior of my house and patch some cracks. He took a shortcut on the cracks and used tape which bubbled 3 month after he completed the job. I asked him to come fix it ... he said no problem. @ months later ... nothing. Called agian planned on being here on a Friday. Thursday I text to ask what time and he says can't make it but will reschedule. That was well over two weeks ago. Now he has blocked my number and I have to pay another contractor $500.00 to fix it. I was worried something had happened to him, but when he blocked my calls I figured enough was enough. A businesses reputation is only as good as the way they stand behind their work. Apparently, that isn't the case here.
