IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER OFFERS, EVEN THE FREE ONES, THEIR SYSTEM WAS FAIRLY PRICED AND OF HIGHER QUALITY. THERE WERE NO GAMES INVOLVED. WE OWNED THE EQUIPMENT, UNLIKE OTHER COMPANY'S. NOT TO MENTION AT $15 PER MONTH THEIR MONTHLY MONITORING WAS THE LOWEST PRICED IN THE VALLEY!

THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND RESPONSIBLE ON ALARMS. THEY ARE VERY TIMELY ON CREDITING ACCOUNTS FOR REFERRALS.

BLACK MOUNTAIN ALARM IS AN EXCELLENT MONITORING SERVICE COMPANY. THEIR MONTHLY PRICE IS A REASONABLE $15. NO DIFFERENCES FROM THE MORE EXPENSIVE, WELL-KNOWN LARGE COMPANIES, EXCEPT YOU GET GREAT SERVICE WITH THE OWNER, TOM PREVITE. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR REPAIR WORK AND IT'S ALWAYS DONE QUICKLY AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY DID NOT INSTALL OUR SYSTEM, BUT TOM SERVICES IT, EVEN THOUGH HE COULD INSTALL A MORE EXPENSIVE, NEWER BOX. HE CONVERTED OUR SYSTEM TO INCLUDE FIRE SPRINKLER MONITORING, SO WE COULD RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON OUR INSURANCE. GREAT COMPANY.
