Billy's Cleaners

Extremely unimpressed. I came here because of great reviews on Angie's list and Yelp. I've tried Billy's on 2 occasions. Both times they were unable to get out what seemed like simple food stains that other dry cleaners seemed to have no trouble with in the past. On both occasions I've found the employees to be disengaged and unhelpful. The last time it took 10 minutes for them to find my clothes plus one of my shirts had been mixed up with another order. They did fix the problem promptly after I pointed it out to them. I will trying a different dry cleaner in the future.

I was so happy to get this delicate pink dress back looking as good as new with food stains removed and delicate pleating in perfect condition.

We moved here January 2013 and one of my to do list included to find a dry cleaning as we usually send my husband's office shirts,pants and some of my cloth too almost every week or every 2 weeks, I can say that I am very happy with their service,
 really look and tried couple other businesses , trying to save some $  , but believe me few  cents difference per item is not worth , one time I used a coupon on a different place , turns out they have so many restriction I ended up paying full cost , Billy;s is close were we live , they are fast , always on time , they have never damaged any of my cloth,the service is great ,  it's owner is frequently at the front and takes care of you, Have been 15 months and we used it every week

They did a good job. They changed their schedule to fit me in. I would for sure use them again.

He is very good. He provides good quality and he is nice to deal with. I've had no issues with needing to take anything back. He's a very nice guy and is good to work with. I feel that if there were a problem he would step up to the plate.

He always does a nice job. He gives us a 'uniform' discount. (Which means, if you wear a uniform, he offers a discount for this.) The nice thing about him, he accidentally lost a pair of my husband's slacks last year but, he was good about telling us about it. He told us to give him the receipt for the pants and gave us the choice of cash reimbursement or to keep bringing in dry cleaning work and he would put the cost of each job towards the balance (for the pants) until it was paid off. My husband chose the latter. The nice thing about this was, he didn't force my husband to do it that way and he did offer to pay him back at full replacement value. We will continue to use them.
