Not only are my bikes like new, but the whole experience was incredibly easy.Chris was amazing. He was on time, did great work and was super awesome. Knows bikes well and was so patient with my questions and inquiries. He was interested in making sure I understood everything he was doing. Plus, Bike Doctor is really reasonably priced. Price was for work done. Not a flat type fee or a "at least fee" some of the other mobile bike repair guys charge. I highly recommend Chris at Bike Doctor to anyone who needs bike help. Thank you for the awesome work!

Chris was prompt to reply to my original e-mail, and a couple of subsequent ones as well. He literally was here at the exact minute we had decided on too. He came to perform a tune up on a bike that I had not ridden in many years. The gears weren't working properly, the brakes needed attention and it needed to be lubed as well. 
He was "very" knowledgable and easy to talk to and kept right on working as we chatted. He was able to get my bike back into tip top shape, and I'm "very" happy with his work. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family!

Chris did a great job of getting our bikes back into working order.  We recently moved to Scottsdale and the movers had taken the bikes apart to pack them.  Needless to say they did not put them back together in a way that would enable us to actually ride them.  Chris put them back together appropriately, performed a tune-up and gave advice re: tire pressure, etc.  He came to us...so no having to put the bike rack on the car and take them to a shop.  He arrived on time, took about 90 minutes and was extremely knowledgable and professional.  We definitely recommend him and will use his services again with pleasure

The handlebars on my bike were low which put a lot of downward pressure on my wrist causing me to not be able to ride my bike due to the pain in my wrists. I had been told by a bike shop that there was nothing that they could do about it. I called Chris on Monday and he asked me to text him pictures of my bike and the type of handlebar that I wanted to change to. He called me right back and said he could change out the handlebar no problem and we scheduled for that Friday. Chris was on time, very nice, did the job, helped me with the seat issue I had on my bike, tuned up two bikes and replaced a bad tube on one of the bikes. What a find this guy is! He is mobile so he comes to your house and probably the most knowledgable person regarding bicycles that I have ever met. I will use him for all my bike needs from now on.

Called Chris to do a tune up on my daughter's bike that was in major need of some TLC after a couple of moves and a lot of use.  Chris really did a nice job, adjusted everything, greased the bearings and really got it in tip top shape.  The fact that he did a great job, at a really nice price was super, the fact that he did it at my house without me having to take the bike anywhere was amazing.  I would highly recommend his service to anyone who is busy and wants a great deal on bike service and repair.

Chris, the owner, was able to come to tune-up my bike within 2-3 days of our contacting him. He comes to your home, providing mobile service. He was very thorough. He was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable  My bike rides well now. This is a great business model. You don't need to schlep your bike to a shop and leave it for a number of days.

He was very thorough and did a good job of fixing up the bikes.  Very pleasant guy who loves and knows everything about bikes.

Back on 8/10/2014, I e-mailed (via Angie's List) this provider to do a tune up on my daughter's bike. He never responded. So I used someone else.
2 days ago on 12/18/2014, I attempted contact with this provider again as I wanted to give him another chance especially due to all the excellent reviews. (My daughter's bike was vandalized last week and needs repair).  I again did not hear back from him so the next day, yesterday, I again wrote him via Angie's List e-mail asking him to contact me. As of today, he has failed to call or e-mail me.
Greatly disappointing.
I have again contacted someone else to do the repair work.

All started with emails. Quick reply, and came over ina couple of hours. Got right to work and finished in about 30 minutes.

Chris was early for the appointment and promptly went to work using his mobile work station. He was fast and efficient.

What a nice guy and a great service. I am not handy in any sense of the word. Could I have figured out how to assemble the bike and trailer by myself....probably. Could I have done it as quickly and painlessly as Chris did? Not a chance. I also have the piece of mind in knowing that a professional checked out all of the parts, tightened or loosened whatever needed to be adjusted, and made sure that this bike and trailer were safe for me and my boys. I would absolutely use Chris again, in fact, I am going to very soon. My wife's bike was just delivered to the house and it is time for another assembly. Highly recommend Chris.

I highly recommend him, it was a very positive experience. He knows his job, he is punctual, he is professional, he gives you a written receipt for all the work that was done and he stands by you and it's a noble service.

Chris arrived on time, had the tube out of the bike immediately, replaced it and then began performing a light tune-up. He lubed the gears, derailed, WE-40ed my shift mechanism, cleaned my rims and inspected the rest of the bike. He was very thorough and pleasant.

Also he has a great relaxed personality that everyone will like. It also help he is an avid street and off road bike rider.
will I use him again..... ABSOLUTELY.
