Totally inept.  Worst of all, liars.  They showed up 4-5 hrs. late, with the wrong size truck and the wrong equipment - the crew was unaware we had a grand piano.  The crew dirtied the carpets and furniture with their filthy hands, clothing and shoes.  They ran out of pads, so paper-wrapped almost all the furniture. The unloading crew in WA said, "We've never seen anything like that."  They lost the hardware needed to put the piano legs back on the piano.  It was left standing on its side for one month while we waited to get that replaced.  Of the MANY calls I had to make to them, they returned one.  They lied to us on several occasions.  On day one we called and were told that a 2nd truck was on the way, but slowed in traffic.  The crew chief at the house admitted that he had just  talked to the same person and that "No one is coming.  He lied to you."  When our goods were delayed (they eventually showed up about 2 weeks late) we were told within one 24 hr. period that (1) the goods were in Seattle waiting for the affiliate to unload us (2) they were en route but they didn't know exactly where they were because "the office in Indiana is closed" (3) they are being shipped by someone else.  In fact, the 2nd shipment had not yet left Phoenix!  Since some of our goods arrived only a few days late, we were never compensated for the two week late arrival of the 2nd shipment.   The general mgr. himself said that he "would, of course, make an adjustment to your bill to account for the inconvenience and upset."  That never happened.  They lost articles and we will be unable to identify some of the lost articles, since they ran out of ID tags and sent  almost 1/3 of our goods without an ID tag - something the unloading crew also said, "we've never seen so many things left un-labeled.  It's like they just didn't care."  How true.  Many other problems, too long to list.  When they sent an adjuster to review some of the damage, they wrote and said they could not re-imburse us for a damaged table since we refused to show it to the reviewer.  This, when I had stood next to the man while he took several pictures of the table in our garage and commented that he had just seen another table just like it last week!  These people have no one in the organization that cares one bit about quality of service or people's feelings.
They should be avoided at all costs for any type of move.  The salesman, the dispatcher, and at least 3 people at manager level all lied to us at various times.  Stay away.
