I had Benjamin and his crew come out and clean my rugs, and my sofa sectional. They were on time and did an exceptional job. They weren't the normal company that advertises low and then comes and uncharges every other service. Benjamin was straight to the point and a standup guy. Would highly recommend Benjamins carpet cleaning!

Unfortunately, my carpets looked exactly the same as they did before the work was performed. I did not have the time to call them back. I spent the next day shampooing my carpets myself and got out stains we were told would not come out. Stairs did not even look like they were touched, so I did those as well. If I had more time I would I l would have called them back, but unfortunately, time was not on my side. The young man who came was very nice, which is why the rating is not even lower.

I was promised and paid for sanitation-didnt happen, i was promised that the ducts would be brushed out but my ducts were too small to be brushed out so that didn't happen, the employee left dirt next to each register, they didn't pick up their cleaning rags, I had to ask them to clean the main line because they weren't going to do it and then they left the dirt they had taken out of my system out in my driveway and sidewalk. And the cleaning only consisted of vacuuming out the local area only until I complained about the main line. And I paid 600 dollars for that.

Made an appointment for Sat. 8/8/20 for 3:15 p.m. but was told they might be as early as 2:30 p.m. I MLM moved my furnishings out of the room for the carpet repairs. No one showed up. No one called to cancel the appointment.

I am the technician that was in direct communication with you minute by minute until we lost communication on the back side of the mountain where your home was on Gold Hill. I wanted to reassure you that if you would like us to come back and redo the work I just need a four-wheel-drive truck and make sure I do not have the 200 gallons of water that we normally drive around with, the dirt road getting up to your home was extremely rough for us. Do not 1.7 miles took us about an hour and 45 minutes and almost shook all the equipment off of the shelves inside of."

Well Apparently I learned that the ducts only could be only vacuumed out, as the brush size was way to big for my open ducts on top and to ask them to go though the other ends in the crawl space was not accepted since they are insulated and require taking off the insulation to get to the openings, but they did my Dryer duct for free since it turned out to be less work.

Hired this company to clean my dryer vent. My vent runs from the main floor to the roof. Tech comes in sticks a vacuum tube up approx. 12 ft and sucks the lint out ( he did not have the proper tools to do the job) 10 min. later he says he is done. Results they did half the job. I still have approx. 12 ft. more vent that was not cleaned. Now, I have to hire another company to clean the remaining vent. Will not recommend this company to clean dryer vents.

Benjamin Carpet was able to give me a decent quote via a video call, and scheduled the repair quickly. The tech arrived on time, did wonderful work, and finished within the predicted time. They also provided a great resource for the part of the overall project they couldn't complete.

I saved for a long time to get my carpets cleaned. The guy worked very hard but the chemicals he used just did not get my carpets or grout cleaned. I would never hire them again because their chemicals just do not cut it. Looking for a grout service that will get the grout clean.
