Wonderful! Best bid I received and for a Trane. The gentleman that came and gave me their proposal explained everything. The guys were great. They did an extra step and reconfigured how the air filter was replaced. It is much easier now.

They have a service plan so I pay $375 for two visits a year for two units. They do a good job. I think the price is fairly competitive. I've just been happy with their service so I haven't had to look anywhere else. They show up when they say they are going to. I haven't switched because they just follow through with everything, you know, and they always call with a couple hour window and they're usually there. The only time they didn't show up was because his truck broke down and can't blame him for that one. So he called and let me know what was going on.

The owner and his team came out and installed new A/C unit inside and out. They hauled away old unit and packaging debris almost immediately. They were very courteous and explained everything from start to finish about the job. Owner came back a few days later to make sure everything was okay. He checked the outside unit and the thermostat inside to make sure the were synchronized and working efficiently. Very personalized service. If you are reading this, I would assume you are looking for the best service you can get, this is why you are an Angie's list member. I can assure you that this is the kind of service most of these companies promise, but rarely deliver, but this company does.  You will not be disappointed.

On Monday very late at night, during a thunder storm I heard a loud band and smelled burning wires. My AC still came on but no air was blowing. Benefit air came after it stopped raining and assessed the damage. Repairing the unit with its age of almost 31 years was
just not realistic. The very nice and knowledgeable repairman explained my options to me. I loved that he spoke in laymans language, it was easy to follow him. I chose to upgrade to a 3 ton it fit my square footage best and a 14 sear. The 14 sear will be the standard starting in 2015. I really liked the energy savings way the unit would draw power. I had to wait an extra day for instalation because a connection had to be made between my duct work and the new unit. With the August heat I started looking for a near by hotel that would allow my two dogs. The repairman said they could put a temporary blower on my unit so I wouldn have to leave my home. My health is not the best so I really appreciated not having to pack up and leave for several days. Benefit Air was just wonderful, there was no charge for the temporary blower and they installed everything in one day. I was only five hours without A/C.
The new unit was expensive but a very good investment. When my SRP bill came it covered fifteen days of use with the new unit. My bill was down $45.00 from July. The new much more energy efficient unit was doing it's job very very well. Benefit Air is a wonderful
company from the office staff to the repairman and the installers. All are well trained, friendly, courtious, easy to understand and helpful.
Benefit Air is my go to A/C company. They have created a loyal customer in me. I would recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic! I needed 2 new air conditioners on my house. My house was built in 1935 and it seemed as though they might be that old. Actually the were put on in the 80's. I called several companies.. We were not sure if we should but on one big conditioner
or 2 as before. Some companies like Shamrock were really bad. I had some papers on the table from another air company. He kept picking up them and reading them. Not a great first consultation. It was his last. As far as I am concerned Ken and his team were very profesional. They arrived right on time. Bret and crew were wonderful. They are fast and get right to the job.
When I had a small problem a few days after the came out the next morning. I can't say enough about this company. They were great and will use them again in about 20 years.

One day job. Excellent work. The install was done right the first time, the guys cleaned up after themselves, and a supervisor came back to do a quality check on the operation of the unit. Very satisfied with their service, professionalism and quality of work. I've used these guys on several other jobs and they do a great job. On the rare occasion that they make a mistake (which they all do) Benefit is quick to own it and have excellent techs to trouble-shoot problems when they occur. Highly recommend these guys. Very high integrity company.

Ken and his crew were very professional, addressed all of my concerns, and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are reputable, honest and capable. They are good. I didn't have any issue with anything they did or didn't do. Their prices were fair in comparison to the others. They came as soon as they could. They were here when they said they would be here. They were very professional. They did what they were supposed to do.

They notify me when my units need servicing and accomodate my schedule, turning up when they say they will. If there is a problem, they call - even if they are going to be 10 mionutes late! They listen to any problems I have with the system or programming the thermostat, and will take care of them promptly. When I had to have both my units replaced due to age and inefficiency last July, they worked tirelessly during one of the hottest days of the summer, to get them installed - no mean feat considering the attic temperature! I recently noticed some insulation managed to get into my solar tube somewhere along the way, but Josh cleaned it out when he came to perform my Fall service on the furnace. They will go out of their way to make sure the system is operating efficiently and the customer is happy. I am, and would recommend Benefit Air to anyone who needs HVAC service.t me

It went very well. We contacted Benefit and set up service call. The technician called 20 minutes prior to arriving. Technician completed work in a timely manner and was very professional.

I had this done through a warranty company for my house. They brought it out and installed the air conditioner. Everything went really well and the workers were very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND COMPETITIVE. WORKED HARD TO GET THE AC IN THE NEW ROOM, COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT FROM THE EXISTING HOME.
