ecently we moved from Phoenix to Colorado, and used North American Van Lines. I have moved many times in my career as a contract engineer, but this was a terrible experience. They "forgot" a deep freezer and some other unreplaceable items, and badly damaged several furniture items. In total, there was over $6,000 in missing and damaged items. They sent a guy from Michael's Restorations out and he looked at the damages, telling us he would repair the furniture damage - but we never heard from him again. Instead, about a week later, we received a check for $200 from the moving company. Don't ever use this company!

I had a very complicated household move which requires their truck to venture down a 7 mile primitive dirt road to my remote home. Beltmann was able to handle it seamlessly and made sure all my household possessions arrived at their destination in perfect order. Very impressed.
