I wish I could give a 10 star review. Very responsive when my water heater started leaking. Jeff was referred to me by a neighbor who had just had her water heater replaced by Jeff. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I had a new water heater installed within 24 hours of contacting him. I could not be happier !

I highly recommend Jeff for all your plumbing needs. He was on time, quick, professional, extremely nice and trustworthy. I'll be telling everyone to give Jeff a call. He's excellent!! This is a small third generation family-owned business and Jeff is fantastic. He was recommended to me by the craftsman who installed our kitchen counter top and back splash, and we weren't disappointed. Ours is an older home and installing that dishwasher was a difficult job, but Jeff prevailed. Not only is he personable and professional, this guy knows what he's doing. We highly recommend him and will be using him from now on.

They seemed to do quality work.

We woke up on a Thursday morning to find our water heater leaking onto the garage floor. The company fit us into their schedule the same day and replaced the unit that afternoon. Good, timely service for a fair price, what more could you ask.

We discovered the problem just after Christmas day, and we could not use our kitchen sink or our dishwasher without this being fixed. Bell Road Plumbing was a long-ago referral from a neighbor, but we couldn't find the neighbors note to us at the start of this problem, so began calling other companies with fancy Yellow Pages advertising. Some of whom were too busy to respond for 4 to 5 days, and one that did promise to come but then did not show up. We spoke with Bell Road on the afternoon of December 28th, and Dan advised that he would try to reorganize their workload so that someone could get to us the next morning. At 9:00 the next day we got a call from Dan, and he arrived within 30 minutes. To come up with a 'fix' for the pipe break without tearing out the wall in the rear of the cupboard was particularly challenging, but Dan was up to the task. No way I could have done this one myself!

It is a father and son team. They are very responsive. They are on time and their price seems reasonable. They did what they said they would do.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND VERY COMPETITIVE IN PRICE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB AND LEAVE IT LOOKING VERY NICE.
