I had studied the problem online and saw the financial range charged for this procedure. Bell Road Auto came in at the high end, but I felt comfortable with the expertise demonstrated. Also, since I lived within a reasonable driving distance, they took me home and picked me up. I appreciated that along with their courtesy demonstrated throughout the process.
On the day I brought it in, They were very busy, so I had to leave my car overnight. I would have appreciated it if when I brought it in they would have set an appt. for the next day for me to bring it back. Nevertheless, they appear to be hard workers and want to please the customer. I feel overall they are a very good choice to service vehicles.
Bell Road fixed my overheating problem in my 1979 El Camino after many others had tried and failed! The owner really knows about cars and spent time listening to me about what I had already tried and what the symptoms were. While initially they thought it was a head gasget (oh no!) it turned out to be bad vacuum lines and a leaking heater core. I appreciate that Ande took the time and found the root cause. Thank you !!!! I will definitely go back to this shop!
