The in-floor cleaning heads in our 20 year old pool began shooting out more air than water right after we cleaned the filter cartridges but we couldn't find any water leaks and the water leveler wasn't running any more than usual. We tried replacing many of the O-rings on the pool filter, pump basket and adjacent plumbing but still couldn't find the problem, nor could our pool guy.
I called the B and L Pools Cave Creek location near our house because we used their repair service about 4 years ago and were pleased. I provided my contact information and a brief explanation of the problem to the store staff. The repair tech called me shortly thereafter to discuss the problem and schedule an appointment but I missed his call and he left a message. By the time I returned his call it was Friday evening, so I left a voice mail, not expecting him to call me until Monday morning but he called me back Friday evening, which was a pleasant surprise.
Doug arrived Monday morning on time and was pleasant and professional. He promptly found the problems, repaired 1 so we could resume using the pump, and ordered parts for the in-floor cleaning system. He came back with the parts the next morning and now everything runs great - and quieter than it's been in a long time!
With an ever aging pool I'm sure I'll be using B and L Pools again and recommend their service to anyone.
