When I made the appointment with Tom, he was to arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. At five minutes til 1:00 PM he called to say he was on his way from Anthem which I knew put him about 15 minutes from our home. Upon his arrival, Tom was very friendly even though my dogs were barking at him. He said he was a dog person and didn't mind. My dogs stopped barking as soon as I opened the door and Tom greeted them. He was doing a termite inspection and looked at every nook and cranny of our home, inside and out.

Tom was very professional, resourceful, informative, detailed, and punctual. His evaluation was thorough, and his report is by far the best we have seen in the business. No stone was left unturned.
