B & L POOL REPAIR

B&L Pools ended coming by about 6-7 times over  a 5 month period of time this is to repair the leak from there work and then correct there work to bring it up to state code.  I might note: I spoke with the owners / management and they would never come over to review the work in person. After dealing with this for months I gave them one last chance to perform the work.
They failed I might note they had replumbed the pool equipement 3 times with never being able to have it plumb and level as outlined in the Arizona Registar of Contractors standards. As a mater for the first 2 installs I was the only one with a level to check the work.
I called another pool company. They removed the work performed by B&L Pools and replumbed my equipement to state standards.
 I returned the parts that B&L Pool ruined by there improper installation.
I would never have anything to do with there service department as they are unprofessional and do sloppy work and I have the pictures and corspondance to back this statement.

We had monthly service. The first year was fine. Afterwards, there was constant no-shows. Tracking them down took forever. Not worth it.

B&L came right out as soon as I called and went right to work. They were helpful, considerate, and completely professional. My only complaint was they were priced a little high, but they do great work.

B & L WAS ABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK REQUESTED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF BEING CONTACTED. THEY ARRIVED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, TOOK THE TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT, AND MADE SURE THE ENTIRE FILTER SYSTEM WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY BEFORE LEAVING. THEY ALSO MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HOW THE NEW FILTER SYSTEM WORKED AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO USE IT. THEIR OVER-THE-PHONE ESTIMATE WAS COMPETITIVE AND THE FINAL COST WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ESTIMATE.

THEY ARE HONEST AND FAIR. THEY REPAIRED MY PUMP INSTEAD OF HAVING ME BUY A NEW PUMP. THEY ALSO LOAN OUT SPECIAL TOOLS YOU CAN USE ON YOUR POOL.
