I have used B&B appliances for many years for new purchases as well as repairs this time around something is changed with in-home repairs. Which was not communicated when I made the appointment for service call. Max down Paid $100 for a service call for my washing machine that is making grinding noises. $100 for the tech to come out and say Yep sounds like there’s something wrong maybe something stuck inside not sure but we don’t do labor intensive work here so we’ll have to bring it to the shop that’ll cost $400 just to take it in. I was told when I called it would be $100 service call plus parts. nothing about they don’t do work here at the home. I never would’ve scheduled the call for them to come out knowing that they don’t do the work on site! How does this make any sense? In this economy is not feasible for people to pay $100 just for somebody to come to their home to tell them that something is broken ! obviously that’s why the call was made. Service calls sound like they are just just a money grab. Tried calling and talking with the service manager about my issue and that it would be nice if they would explain when the appointments are made that the work may not be able to be done onsite. He pretty much talked over me. The entire time would not listen. Told them that I would not be using their business anymore and he told me then don’t. I’m not sure what happened to the customer service in this company, but it has gone to crap and I will not be using this company and I will not be referring this company out anymore. I hope that the owner of this company. UPDATE: Washer was able to be fixed on site without the need of special tools/EQ or the need to take into the shop by a handyman found on Next Door app. He knew immedialty what the sound was and with the simple removal of a few screws was able to remove a tube of liquid eyeliner stuck between the drum. B&B services calls are a scamming money grab! BEWARE

The install was more complicated due to how the original microwave was built in. The service person did an amazing job figuring out how to install the new one. He also handled the challenge with a great attitude. From beginning to end a wonder experience!

The showroom was clean and orderly, and filled with appliances of all types. The representative showed me several refrigerators and talk to me about the pros/cons of each. I made my choice, paid and left. My refurbished frig will be delivered as agreed!

The products and the service were both outstanding. They always showed up when they said they would. The workers were all very courteous, and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I would recommend them.

I called B and B on Thursday to schedule a pre-purchase evaluation on a used GE Monogram refrigerator that I'm purchasing from an individual. They were able to perform the service call the next morning. Nick, the technician was very knowledgable and explained what he was evaluating every step of the inspection. He could not have been more thorough or helpful with this service.
I have used B and B for both new and used appliance purchases over the last 12 years and also for any repairs I've needed. They are always extremely helpful, knowledgable and pricing beats everyone else for same products. They don't have a fancy store, but maybe that is what makes them reasonable. Thanks B and B I will always keep coming back.

I like going there whenever I need to buy a home appliance. I can choose from refurbished and new home appliances.

Wonderfully. I had a "wholesale" quote from another company. B and B did not have the same model but gave me a quote for an UPGRADED model, which was LESS than the quote on the lesser model from the other company. The salesman on the phone was polite, quick, friendly, called back quickly. I NEVER EVEN WENT INTO THE STORE. Installer was prompt, did his work well, was very polite. I will use B and B for ALL my applliance needs in the future.

Technician showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and was polite. Technician also explained that debris clogging is a common problem in front loaders and to be sure and empty pockets and shake out gravel from heavily soiled clothing.

I have been recommending them to my family and friends because I was very impressed by the job they did for me. They were very fast and reliable. The same day service and coming to my home, was very helpful and convenient for my busy schedule.

I brought in my dryer on Monday morning 7:30 AM. I knew that dryer was loud when running and that is was most likely rollers. Thought they might have to replace belt. They were able to replace rollers on Monday and I picked the dryer up that night at 5:30 PM. Total bill was $90. I liked being able to drop off dryer versus waiting at house for repair person to show up.

The company gave a courtesy call before showing up. Then the tech showed up on time and performed the repair to our satisfaction. Great company!

The repair man was on time, professional, and polite.

They had very reasonable pricing and I was very pleased with their work.
