Rudy (owner) punctuality is horrible. Never shows up when scheduled, didn't show up for appointments without calling. Consistently making excuses why he didn't make it. Rudy carries NO parts with him so he needs to return, but then doesn't show again. Came by to fix another leak (still the same issue), left a check for the repair since I couldn't be there. Came by, picked up the check, cashed it, then decided never to come back. Trying to get my money back, NO REPONSE. I'm sure it'll be my fault, he likes to blames others, do your research!! Don't give him any money!! Check out the BBB, this guy should be in jail.
