The price was good. Every once in a while I had some trouble reaching them. We had some broken seals in some windows. He saw one of them, but he did not note the others. I felt that he was scheduling and pricing the job in a hurry and not taking the time with me. He didn't measure the windows correctly, and that took an extra week to ten days to get redone. Overall, though, it was good.

I LIKED THE RESPONSIVENESS OF THE SALES REP TO MY INITIAL PHONE CALL. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE US A BID WHICH WAS PRETTY MUCH WHAT WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE INSTALLER WAS ALSO COURTEOUS AND ACCURATE IN HIS WORK. ON THE INSTALL DATE, THE INSTALLER WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY AND WAS DONE WITHIN AN HOUR.
