This summer my property was damaged due to a monsoon storm, and I was having the normal back & forth with my insurance company, but after 3 to 4 weeks I was becoming concerned and was referred to Michael at AZ Shingle Pros. Micheal was on time and empathized with me about my experience and fear the Insurance Adjustor may deny my claim. Immediately, Michael built my trust by dealing directly with the Adjustor & Insurance company, so I didn't have to. And Walla, Michael had my claim approved within 48 hours and it was for an entire roof replacement! And not just a repair... Next, I began working with the office dealing with paperwork which exceeded my expectations because of the simple online DocuSign forms, the consultation of what to expect over the next few weeks, working on scheduling, and they communicate consistency. A couple weeks later my roof was being replaced in the Cool July summer Heat of Arizona. Wow - this crew was amazing; On-time and cleaned up after themselves every day. The supervisor provided real time text messages and pictures of their progress every few hours was a very nice touch. If you are thinking of replacing your roof, I would definitely recommend giving Michael and AZ Shingle Pros a call. Extremely happy with the services and materials provided. My house needed all new shingles, flat roof replacement and some roof repairs. Work was done as scheduled and the workers cleaned up every night - not a bit of debris left. They even took precautions overnight because there was a chance of rain and thankfully they did because it rained. There was constant communication with the office and foreman so I knew exactly what was happening or going to happen. Any question I had was answered quickly as well. I would highly recommend!

Living on a fixed income, cost was important Tod took the time to explain in every detail what my roof needed . He was extremely helpful showing me every detail of what would be done and extremely helpful with suggestions of how I could save money in areas. I have solar which needed to be removed. AZ Shingle Pros even coordinated with solar company for removal and reinstallation of solar system for minimal down time of system. Very impressed with crews work and speed in which work was done. Great company. Mike S is experienced roofer & did my quote. I had 5 quotes and Mike was the only one to educate me about importance of attic ventiliation. Went with OC OakRidge shingle & 4 O'Hagin vents on 1900 sf house in Sun City. Quote was in middle but having owner do quote was big, his sincerity and promise of satisfaction won me over. On day of install, owners brother, JR, was crew boss. Large crew was done with job in one day. Everything was done professionally. I'm very happy with everything. Two weeks after completion, I had solar panels installed. As promised, Mike came to inspect the panel mounting brackets that penetrated the roof to make sure that roof all was done properly. The company's ROC 334918. I recommend only using a Registered Contractor. Extra layer of protection.

The two guys who came to fix our roof and skylight did an excellent job! They were very professional and efficient. They also gave us several useful advices concerning the gutters cleaning and roof treatment.

These people are the greatest. They are great at their work, their financing, their estimates, their courtesy, and their follow-up after the work was completed. The employees I worked with were Mike, Junior, Michelle and Kaylynn (I hope I have that spelled right) and all could not have been more helpful....Thank you.

After several estimates and careful deliberation, I decided to go with AZ Shingle Pros. Everything from the first contact with them was hands down the best I received.
