To address your review starting with the arrival time We called you at 8:10 Am informing you that we would arrive within the hour We arrived at your house at 9:02 Am (we have caller ID log and GPS tracking record for verification ) So we did arrive on time as promised.... We promptly evaluated your system and identified what needed to be repaired. We then gave you a FLAT RATE estimate UPFRONT, which you agreed with and signed authorization for us to make the repairs. AFTER we completed service you expressed your concern on how fast work was completed and price you agreed to pay, but not the work that was done. All of our technicians have been certified and have at least 10 years of experience on sprinkler and drip installation and repair. Proper training and experience enables each tech to perform needed work in a efficient and timely manner, which is something we are absolutely Proud of! Unlike some other companies we DON’T charge by the hour (which is like asking for a blank check). We ALWAYS give you accurate flat rate price upfront which includes all expenses including parts, labor, taxes and warranties. If Job takes 5 minutes or 5 hrs it’s the same price. To say we were late, That we hike prices up on parts and charge a excessive amount per hour is inaccurate, we are a service company, we don’t sell parts and we don’t charge by the hour, In addition we never claimed to be doctors. On arrival we identified your problem and gave you TOTAL cost for service Upfront. If you were unhappy with our pricing that would have been the time to complain and decline service. NOT after work was completed in a timely matter."
