Still waiting for the wireless thermostat controller that they installed but did not work, so, their guy came and took it back and said he would need to install something different. He left the company and the work was never finished.

Blue Line installed a new AC, heat pump and furnace for us. Job was ok... not great. They left a hole punched in our garage ceiling and a wire hanging down the side of our house. Neither of which were pointed out to us; we discovered these on our own. Also not sure we needed an AC AND heat pump, but it was highly recommended. Again, ok... not great. Probably would search elsewhere next time.

The best price out of all our quotes, honest and forthcoming with what we needed and not over selling us. The crew that came to our house were very professional and did a great job. We had special air filters we wanted to use and they made changes to accommodate us. All around I will be using them for any future jobs we want done. Thanks everyone

Polite and efficient installation of two rooftop heat ex changers.

came, worked, finished, left. all very efficient and easy. did not try to sell me on something I didn't need.

The heat pump installation was less than acceptable by a company and installer with 20 plus years of service. Installer took two days to install unit, both days the installers left outside back doors open all day long letting all heat out of the house. Installers did not use boot socks when entering and leaving the house whereby tracking mud and debris into the house. They used some plastic sheeting over some of the carpet, but professional service was not displayed protecting the premises. Installation of equipment was substandard: Heat exchanger installed on top of furnace was taped into position. Not all seams were taped and air leaks/blows into the furnace room. Copper tube from heat pump to heat exchanger routing was substandard. No professionalism shown in routing and clamping of hardware, tube routing going vertical through my shelves goes up at an angle. Black insulation wrapping was torn all along the 20 some odd feet of tubing. Heat pump installed on support plate is not centered; shows lack of professionalism for their work. Cold air return ducting, prior removed, facilitated installation of heat exchanger was not replaced. This was a job not completed, took two days installation and installers wanted to leave and go home. Debris was not picked up in two rooms facilitating installation. Debris outside by heap pump was not completely cleaned up prior to installers leaving premises.

They don't say upfront any fees to come out and look at it. Lack of communications re the time frame and update on the part they were to have been looking for.

Easy to work with over the phone when time changes needed to be done

The guys were quick, incredibly responsive, and knowledgeable about their trade. There was an opossum under my house so they could not finish the job that day (understandably), but they came back out the same day the wildlife company cleared my crawlspace. Then they gave me a detailed account of what they did and in layman's terms so I could understand! It was a pleasant experience in a realm where pleasant isn't usually the case. I have already called them to see about getting ac!

My furnace was a tough repair, but when I needed customer service after the fact they wouldn't return my calls. It was an air flow problem. I had to hire another professional to fix their mistake.
