They showed up gave us some drawings and swatches of some material. They gave me a computerized version of what it was going to look like when it was done. They were very friendly. They responded to my e-mails very quickly. They were prompt, friendly and Professional. I would recommend them to friends and family. I would use them again in the future if I had the need for them.

I had several estimates done for the awnings we wanted installed. Kenny's estimate was very close to another's, and the other company offered 10% off if we got all three awnings at the same time. Kenny did not hesitate to match that offer, so we went with Awnings and More. The communication after this point was a little shaky- it took almost two weeks to get a second measure done, and then when the awnings were ready to be installed, someone called me that morning to say they were on their way- luckily, my husband was able to work from home, but it would have been nice to have planned on it. The work is great, though- the awnings look wonderful, and they have really helped to keep the heat out of the house, which is a necessity with a newborn.

DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET BIDS AS THIS SCREEN IS TO PROTECT OUR WINDOWS FROM GOLF BALL HITS. SALESPERSON WAS ON TIME, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, SO WE TRUSTED HIM AND WENT WITH THE COMPANY. DELIVERY WAS AS PROMISED AND THE QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. WE REJECTED THE FIRST INSTALLATION, WHICH REQUIRED THE USE OF BUNGEE CORDS, SO THE NEXT DAY THE INSTALLATION CREW RETURNED AND COMPLETED THE JOB TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE CREW WAS A LITTLE LATE THE FIRST DAY AND THEY COULD HAVE CLEANED UP THE FINE METAL SHARDS A LITTLE BETTER, BUT THE FOREMAN WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE. OFFICE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND HAD ALL OF MY INFORMATION READILY AT HAND WHENEVER I CALLED. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
