Auto Sales
After unsuccessfully taking the vehicle to another Dodge dealer for a problem with the transmission, Auto Nation Dodge, spent the time to uncover what was broken. In addition, the transmission pump and torque converter should not have broken at 40k miles on the truck. Jake at Auto Nation contacted Dodge and asked for a goodwill repair, handle all the details and gained agreement from Dodge that this repair should receive a goodwill service discount. We paid $500 for the total repair.
