Quick and easy. We bought the toilet and had Joe install it.

It went well. We went down to Arizona vacationing and we had some problems. They did a good job for us. It was so hot down there. He gave us some pointers on how to run it cooler, and that helped us. I liked that they were mobile. When we called, they got there when they said that they were going to get there, so that was good. They were fast. They didn't take very long to get there. With regard to price, I thought that they were a little bit expensive, but at the time we needed them. Their responsiveness was good. Their punctuality and professionalism was very good. I probably would use them again in the future; I might call around and see if there is anybody cheaper and shop around a little bit.

We were getting ready for a 2 week RV vacation along the California and Oregon coast and made an appointment the week before we were to leave with ASAP Mobile RV (Joe) to fix an electric awning and a slide that wasn't working. We had to cancel and reschedule the appointment twice during the week because the folks who were installing new bushings were running behind schedule. Joe was very accommodating and rearranged his schedule both times. The day we were bringing the RV back to our storage lot, where Joe works on coaches (he's mobile and comes to your location), we found the shop that installed the bushings had also run both batteries down to 0 and we had to leave it for another day to get them recharged. We weren't going to be able to drive it back to our storage lot until Friday afternoon and we had plans to leave Monday morning. So, for the 3rd time in a week, we called and asked for an appointment change with Joe. His scheduler said he was booked for the afternoon but could get to us first thing Monday which, we explained was too late since we were leaving Saturday morning. Within a few minutes Joe called and said he'd come by at the end of the day and work on the coach Friday evening to be sure everything was working correctly for our trip. True to his word, he was there at 5 pm and worked to fix the problems.
We've used ASAP Mobile Repair in the past as well and found Joe to be reliable, professional and provide quality repairs and at about half the cost of going to a big shop like Freightliner. He is the person we go to first with any and all RV issues from electrical to mechanical and we've never been disappointed. If there are any services Joe can't perform, he's quick to tell us and recommend someone who can.
