+ -1 moreARTIC AIR IS A GREAT SUBCONTRACTOR TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WHEN ANOTHER CONTRACTOR CAUSED PROBLEMS THAT HURT HIS SCOPE, HE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO HELP FIND A SOLUTION RATHER THAN LET THE OTHER COMPANY IMPACT HIS SCHEDULE. THE OFFICE AND FIELD ARE TOP RATE!!!
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED LABOR AND MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE MECHANICAL SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDING: DEMO 9 EXISTING A/C UNITS, ALL EXISTING VAV BOXES, LABEL DUCT TO BE REMOVED BY OTHERS, NINE (9) NEW TRANE UNITS, RE-WORK EXISTING ROOF CURBS, FACTORY START UP, EXHAUST FAN, ALL REGISTERS AND GRILLS, INSTALL DUCT SMOKES PROVIDED BY EC, SHEET METAL INSULATED DUCT SYSTEM, COORDINATION WITH MECH. ENGINEER AND ARCHITECT ONCE DEMO IS 50%, CHECK OUT AND CLEAN WITH 3-SETS OF NEW FILTERS ON 22 EXISTING UNITS, AND ALL DOUBLE DUCT AS NOTED. PROJECT WAS A BUILDING TENANT IMPROVEMENT.
