Very courteous, and quick. Labor was reasonable and they were able to get the part locally.

I have been using Arts Auto for at least 10 years. The first time I went to him was at the recommendation of a Honda dealer I used to service my Acura. I told him I had a Ford Windstar that needed service and was looking for someone and he said the best one I know is the one I use. They are extremely honest, they will not perform any service or recommend any service unless it is absolutely necessary. The most recent example was a recommendation by a Toyota dealer for a $1300 job to fix a minor oil leak. Art's chief mechanic took a look at it and said it was a very minor leak and in his opinion it wasn't necessary. The same scene has happened several times in the past and in my experience it is very rare for an auto service company not to take advantage of one's ignorance. They are nice people, very accommodative, and have never had any problems with any of the work they have done. I highly recommend them. For me it's a half hour drive and worth every minute.

I was told that this would last only a few days, but it has ended up lasting more than a month and it is still working. The whole process took only 20 minutes, which is significantly less time than I thought it would take. It was also much less expensive than what other companies had quoted.

Our daughter was hearing and quot;squirrelsand quot; under the hood. They got worse. We took the car in to Art's and Dave diagnosed it as drive train problems. Parts had to be ordered from Subaru, so we were short a car for a week. Once the part was in, the car was fixed quickly and efficiently. Two days later the rear end went out. (11 year old car) Same story on ordering parts and short a car for another week. Dave was most apologetic, even though it was not his fault. The old parts were saved so we could see them.

We have taken our cars to Art's for several years and have always been treated fairly and with courtesy. My husband once had trouble with his car on the way to work and stopped in. Dave took a look before the shop even opened. Repairs and routine maintenance are always completed quickly and efficiently. When calling for an appointment, Kim is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Art's for any auto service needed.
