It went as planned with two surprises.  First, the installation crew wanted to collect before making the installation.  The Company has a good reason for asking for payment before the job is done (a very large customer stiffed the Company after the installation was finished), and I checked with Company offices before paying.  Second, when the Company came to the house well before the installation date, the representative missed an additional charge required for certain electrical connections from inside wire to oven wire where the wires are different types.  So I had to pay a small amount ($45) more on installation day.

The oven works perfectly, it looks good in the wall, and the installation team did a good job of making the necessary cuts and adjustments to the wall opening so that the oven would fit and operate properly.  The installation crew did their job quickly and professionally.

For a very modest price, provider senty out a skilled, knowledgeable and competent technician to ascertain the correct size oven and what would be nexessary in the way of installation work to fit it inot our kitchen.
Two individuals who were very customer-service oriented are Martha Cornelison, the customer service representative, and Roberto Vasquez, the technician who handled the preliminary work in our kitchen. I would be pleased to work with either or both of them again, and will do so as the need for other new appliances may arise. Martha was especially responsive to returning our phone calls, and providing prompt and complete price quotes.
We'll see how the oven installation goes, but I predict it will go smoothly and be done with top quality.

We ordered a new refrigerator from the Tuscon office of Arizona Wholesale Supply.  It was delivered and installed by the Phoenix/Scottsdale offices of the company.  We had scheduled the delivery for an afternoon and the crew from the company arrived well within the appointed time window.  It carefully removed our existing built-in refrigerator (a 48" by 84" unit) and installed a new one of the same size (but a different make and model).  They did an excellent job and gave us the opportunity to clean up behind the refrigerator.  They were careful to protect our kitchen and the kitchen flooring.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. FROM THE PURCHASE AND INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM MY CONSULTANT (AUDREY CONTREAS) TO THE DELIVERY AND WHEN I REALIZED THERE WAS A PROBLEM W/THE ICE MAKER, THEIR SERVICE TO REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY (NO COST). A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. EVERYONE I HAD CONTACT WITH HAS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
