The line employees are all very nice folks, but the management is wildly incompetent, at least when it comes to customer service. In 2017, ATM installed 2 new AC units for us. In mid-August of this year, one of them stopped blowing cold air. The unit is still under a parts warranty. The first technician, while a very nice person, misdiagnosed the problem - a trip that cost nearly $300. When the first "fix" didn't work, ATM came back out. This time (late August), we were told we needed a part, but they would have to order it. (To ATM's credit, they did not charge for the freon added during this trip.) Again, this is August in Phoenix. We were then told the part would be here by September 7 for an installation the next day. Shortly after that, we were told the part was missing, they didn't know where it was, and we would just have to wait. Then they finally reach out to tell us the part is in and they will be here on September 24 in the afternoon to install it. Of course, that day, they called and said they couldn't make it because another job was taking longer than expected, meaning we would have to wait another weekend for this to be over. Finally they show up, install the part, and without any advance warning that there would be any charge, spring a bill for over $1,000. Then as an "accommodation" they knocked off $100 - insulting after the 6-week ordeal to get the part. The kicker is that I was told the owner would call to discuss this fiasco. To date, no call has been received, and I have never spoken to an owner despite the fact that we have spent around $12,000 with this company. Never again with these guys, and I will be sure to convey this to my neighbor who also bought from them. Stay away!

Our downstairs AC unit stopped working. ATM came out same day to diagnose the problem. Turned out it only needed refrigerant and so did the upstairs unit when the technician checked it. We've used them the last couple of years and very happy with the company. We're considering them to replace the two units that are now 15 years old.

Tech arrived on time, following a call from the office to let me know he was on his way. Tech was very efficient, personable, and explained what he found. Gave me a invoice with a check list of what work he performed. Cleaned blower wheel from small amount of dirt.

Very well. They were prompt and professional. The following day, the tray needed an adjustment, and they sent a tech out that very afternoon. I'm very happy with the service provided.

Technician was actually a few minutes! The work was done promptly and correctly, and the charge was reasonable. I've used this company before and will again!!

Excellent! Very helpful in explaining everything to me so that I understood what all he was doing. Harry was our technician and it's his 2nd time at our home. I will request his coming for our fall service. Great guy!

terrible-left ceiling access dirty. Acted like I was imposing when I called them and spoke with manager-chose t5o borrow a ladder and clean and or touch up paint myself.

Everything went very well. The owner came out to talk to me and was there during the instillation.

They found the problem right away but it took them a month to get it fixed. They had to order a part and had all kinds of communication problems. They discovered there was a leak in the system. They found out where the leak was right away but then they had to order the part. Then they forgot to order it. It ended up being 4 weeks or 6 weeks to get it fixed. Fortunately it was still working enough to keep the place cool.  If you wanted to lower the temperature, you couldn't. They have fantastic technicians. For pricing, I don't know because our home warranty paid for it. They were responsive to come out and diagnosis but after several call from me about repairs, and no response, our home warranty company had to get involved. It was the owner of the company that came out and did a thorough diagnosis. He took about 2 hours to make all the tests. He also called the manufacturer and ran some tests they advised. They showed up on the time they said they would.

The repair person was on time and very professional in his look and attitude. Made me comfortable before going to work and listened to my concerns. After our discussion he headed off to test the units and see how they were preforming. He headed upstairs in the attack and discovered that a set screw had come loose and the blower wheel had come off the shaft and jammed in the housing. They could have told me any number of things went wrong and charged me an arm and a leg but instead was honest and was able to fix that problem with little to no cost. My outside condenser was also not working. After review and diagnostics the repair person discussed the options and the cost and let me make the decision. It was clear, honest and no pressure from the repair person. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend to anyone to call Arizona Trade Masters for their home heating and air conditioning work.

My experience with them was not good. They came out without equipment to do the work. It is a two-storey building. They didn't have a ladder to get up to the roof to fix the air conditioner. They had rescheduled the call but they cancelled the call. It was three days to get them to come out. I was not pleased with them. They were there when they said so.
