The circumstances for your system were a little tricky as the manufacture was completely out of stock on your item and we had to wait for it to arrive and as your system was so new, we did not want to install just any part available. We did try to fix it but unfortunately that did not work and we felt it would be better for you and the life of your system to go back with the exact item needed for this repair. As for the cost, we tried to minimize the amounts not covered by the manufacture as much as possible, as I explained to you on the phone.
