It was determined that the wrong door size was ordered before Christmas and after trying to get info on the correct size door, they weren’t being forthright with the information. Then no one would call me and the installer was a smart mouth, who acted like it was our fault! Tried talking to a Manager but never did, they were always in meetings! Horrible experience and I think they’re in way over their heads! Lowe’s should reconsider these guys before turning them loose on Joe Public.

Arizona Shower Door came to measure for our existing shower stall and made suggestions to fit our needs. We placed a special order to fit our existing shower stall, the doors were completed very quickly, and installation was professional and clean. Arizona Shower Door is a fabulous company to work with as each member of their team is professional, communicates fully without surprises, all questions were answered completely during installation. Totally pleased with results and would highly recommend this company.

Even though it was out of warranty they came the next day and fixed it professionally so it looked perfect...without charge!

i went to the showroom to choose a new shower door and a man named jorge helped us. very friendly guy. i picked out the shower door and scheduled to have it installed. i never knew how much shower doors cost and was surprised at the cost. i did get a better door than what was there prior. a little thicker glass, brushed nickel, and frameless. I did later find the same shower door 200$ cheaper installed. i would have saved 120$ if i would have installed myself. overall, I am satisfied with their work. there was no leak and the bathroom looks so much better. The quality of the new door is also way nicer than my last one. great customer service as a company...responsive and punctual

Apparently the original price and measurements were wrong so there was a delay for about 3 weeks when I finally called and had them fix the problem. A guy then came out to install the door but didn't have the right parts. They then scheduled another appointment a week later and I called the night before to see what time they were coming out. They said there was no appointment scheduled and I had taken the day off to be there. Another appointment was made and again they came out with the wrong parts. Another appointment was made and they finally installed the door. I wrote a letter to the owner regarding the time wasted waiting for the installers and he wrote back offering a tour of the factory.

We started by phoning the company, and the representative did a good job of answering our questions. She invited us to come to the showroom to make a selection. Danny Chavez helped us when we arrived and wrote up our order. He wrote down the wrong address, which caused a lot of confusion when the measuring was scheduled. The measurer did not call us when he went to the wrong address. He just left. A customer service rep. named Lloyd agreed to come out and do the measuring when we called to complain that someone had stayed home to accommodate the measuring. The first installer did a bad job and didn't bring all of the door hardware. They scheduled a second installer to remove and reinstall the door and complete the installation of the door hardware. He also drilled extra drainage holes.
