Description of Work: Was shopping for a latex mattress. Arizona Premium Mattress had a good selection and good pricing. They delivered the mattress and set it up at the time they said they would. Love the mattress and got great service.

 + -1 moreAfter six months and 3 other new mattresses of all sorts, I finally convinced my wife to try a Latex Mattress. December 17, 2012, Ken at Arizona Premium Mattress Co. helped my wife find the miracle that would get her out of pain for the first time in over a year. She has an arthritic hip, and at that time it was also out of alignment. Even before the doctor finished working on it, the latex was an immediate improvement over anything else we had tried. Almost 3 years later now & she would fight you for it. No kidding, her words. We would recommend Latex for anyone with special needs, weight issues (like my wife) or just a good nights sleep. And just in case you were wondering, the price was totally reasonable, especially considering what we got for our money. We are sleeping on the most comfortable bed we have ever used! This is far better than an air or waterbed and more durable. Much of the information we needed to understand how latex mattress's are made is on Ken's website and he guided us to other sites for a larger perspective. Also, recently I had occasion to need Ken's expertise again. He was still everything we needed.
Description of Work: They manufactured a latex foam bed using the components that my wife and I selected to meet our needs at their showroom. Then they came to our house to assemble it.

 + -1 moreIt is wonderful and the price was excellent compared to the big stores. It's a little hole in the wall showroom with a big warehouse, but that means low overhead. You go in and pick out a mattress top, firm, medium, or soft, in 2" or 3" thickness. You have the opportunity to lay on the various combinations. They are very helpful, giving you an idea of what you would want in a mattress that will be comfortable for an entire night. We've had the mattress for three months and it is so much better than the Select Comfort Sleep Number mattress we had before, that it's not even comparable. No pressure points, no sagging, no lumpiness. It's great.

Description of Work: I ordered a mattress pad cover and the website states "item ships in 2-3 days". Two weeks later item has not arrived and after requesting a refund was sent a very inappropriate and offensive email by this company. The company has failed to deliver this product and was offensive when pressed for a delivery date and or refund. I have reported this company to the BBB. I was referred to this company by an Angie's list member.
