I called Arizona Irrigation Co and explained that I was at work and could they fix the probem. I had used them a few years before to install the inrrigation system. I advised them that I wouldnt be home during the day as I work and asked if they could do the repair and then send me the bill. The job was arround the back. i had cleaned out the loose dirt in the valv area and removed the valve cover. They came and completed the job. They did it so well, and left no note, that it took me a few days before I actually knew they had been there, although the valve cover was in place. That was the only indication thatthey had been there. Not one plant, not one pot, no area was disturbed in a very small backgard space (10x10). They are expensive but worth the money. One small problem - they forgot to restart the irrigation system after shutting it off when they were working. It was only when I didnt hear the sprinklers going that informed me of the situation. and by that time the plants in pots were a tad dry but nothing drastic. I would definitely recommend them - they are knowledgeable and professional.

I contacted Arizona Irrigation by phone, and Richard called me back in a day or so, and came by later that afternoon. The entire visit took less than an hour. The problem was diagnosed and repaired. When he was finished, he asked me to approve how the rock landscaping and rock wall looked. The system runs like clockwork. It was an excellent experience. I will call Arizona Irrigation in the future and will recommend the company to my friends and neighbors.

The front watering system was manual and I had to get it automated because I wasn't able to water regularly enough. Richard was able to come out on short notice to accommodate the brief time I was in town to get this done. He presented alternatives and provided honest and clear information on the timers I could choose from. Since this was a small system, I opted for the less expensive timer and felt confident of the decision based on his years of experience indicating the timer was highly reliable. He walked me through how to set it up and it is full-featured but simple.
He and his assistant installed a very nice in-ground box to house the valves and installed the timer where I wanted it. I also had questions on my back yard automated system and on a possible extension into the side yard because I was not very familiar with irrigation. Richard took time to listen to my questions and concerns and helped me understand my options. Since extending the system into the side yard would be a major undertaking requiring a new zone, he suggested I might use a drip hose on a hose-bin timer until I was ready to take this on. This was an excellent suggestion and I really appreciated it. Overall, I would highly recommend Richard for honest information and quality service at affordable prices.

Arizona Irrigation was superb! Richard (the owner/supervisor) came to my home and talked with me about the problems. He quickly assessed what was and was not working in my system. I thought that I needed some major repairs to the main on/off valves, but Richard told me that he thought that a few inexpensive parts would fix my problem. He also quickly checked the automatic timer and showed me that it worked fine. I was very impressed with Richard's expertise, and I was even more impressed that he was 110% trustworthy in telling me what did not need to be fixed and when there was a less expensive option that would likely solve the problem. Richard and his employee were at my house the following Monday, and they were completely finished in less than one day. I am 100% satistifed with the repairs they did, and 110% satisfied with the experience I had with Arizona Irrigation. I will certainly use Arizona Irrigation again if/when my system needs work.

I had botched up replacing 2 of the solenoids on my 3-valve system so one station was running constantly and was leaking at the valve and another would not turn on at all. My wiring job was a mess (had never done it before). Airzona Irrigation came out 2 days after I called and cleaned up the whole valve/solenoid situation. I also asked them to check all the sprinkler heads and make sure they are angled properly because I was seeing some dry spots where the grass was going brown, which they did properly because the brown spots are growing in. There were several leaks in the system also where the lines had split underground, which I had attempted a quick fix and had made worse. The main shut off had a small leak so I was hearing running water in the house even though the system was off. They fixed it all.

These guys are fantastic. Friendly, prompt, billing is timely and fair. Being a new homeowner, I wanted to get the opinion of the technician about the state of my sprinkler system and mentioned it to the office staff. The tech called me back within a day to explain what he saw.

Richard's guys have been with him for many years. They are extremely professional and hardworking. I worry more about the snakes than they do, because they are so focused on solving irrigation issues that arise in my lush paradise valley, arizona garden/yard. Richard is of the highest integrity and has been in business since at the least the 70's in the Phoenix area. I really appreciate his integrity and commitment to his customers.

I have been using the company for 28 years which for me says a lot about their reliability. They are prompt and knowledgeable with their services. I have had no problems and I feel they do very good work.
