I am selling a house that had been a rental for several years, and the tile floors were chipped, cracked, missing grout in places , and looking very dated. Mile and his assistant were on time and worked very hard for several hours. He replaced grout where needed, and filled cracks and chips in the tile. Mike also recolored all the grout with a color  we had chosen from a previous appointment and the results were stellar! We have had the tile cleaned several times, but the grout never looked great.  If you are wanting your tile floor looking spectacular, talk to Mike about recoloring the grout. These tile floors look clean, shiny and new just as they did several years ago.  We are very happy with the results !
Thank You Mike!

Our 12 year old tile has very light beige grout which had become badly discolored to a dark brown over the years in the high traffic areas.  They did a great job with the cleaning, the grout looks much better now.  It was well worth the cost of the livingsocial deal we used, I wish we had done it sooner.

The grout was not back to original shape, but it was better. While they were here they discovered a cracked tile. I had extra tiles so they replaced it for me. You have to use the sanded grout for wide grout and have to use the unsanded for small. They used the un-sanded grout. I called them, and he said he noticed it afterwards and he offered to come out, remove it, and put in the sanded grout in. When you grout tile, there should still be a little bit of a valley in between the tiles. When they put they sanded grout, it was even with the tiles. The tiles round down to the valley. By putting the sanded grout in there, the grout came up over the rounding. The sanded grout flaked off and it went back to the un-sanded grout.

I used a Groupon to get a discount to clean the filthy floors in the home I just bought. The owner, Mike Sanchez, and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Initially, I was only going to do what the Groupon covered ,800 sq ft for $69 of cleaning only. But Mike measured and gave me a reasonable price for all the tile in my entire home including sealing and buffing. The grout that was black is now a tan sand color. and they shine! They were so dull before. Love it. I can walk barefoot and my feet don't get black and it feels good. I couldn't be happier. Well worth the cost.

I actually had a discount voucher (DealChicken) for this service. The total price I paid was $599. (The DealChicken was $199 for grout cleaning up to 1000 square feet; listed as a $600 value.) The sealing and buffing was an additional $400 (40 cents/square foot). The deal was listed as a value of $600, which would have resulted in a $1000 total cost -- I don't think the job should cost $1000, so I hope the real price for the DealChicken was inflated for marketing purposes.

They did a very good job cleaning. I am very pleased with the outcome.

They arrived at the scheduled time; got right to work. They were flexible about helping to move furniture and working around larger pieces (we had moved most of the lighter furniture out already). The owner (Mike) had some doubts that the grout would clean up very well, given how many years old the flooring was (15 years at least), but it did and it looks great. (I had cleaned and sealed it myself several times over the years, so I guess that helped.)
