Right on time, very professional and took care of my window.

I called them to go out to my rental house (and enter via lock box). They replaced the glass, but the window didn't shut/lock and the trim was pretty jacked up. I called them and had them go back out and fix the window so it shut. Notes: (1) Came back out to make sure the window locked. (2) Window trim not in great shape, but that may be the case with any company. (3) Price seemed good (I had a company install one window glass for $300 and these guys did two so that's good right?). (4) Pay them in person with a check otherwise, they are like bill collectors.
