We had an appointment at 2 pm but the technician called at 11:30 and asked if he could start the job earlier.
Once the problem was found I presumed we would have to make another appointment to have the opener replaced.
The technician said he could replace it now, he had a new unit in his truck.
Job was finished in an hour.
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
Technician even asked us if he could dispose of the cardboard box in our recycle bin.
Excellent work.

Spring replacement went fine. The guy knows garage doors. Problem is he fails to tell you up front that he is doing additional work (some of which was unnecessary). We won't use him again.

Returned home to find garage door open. Saw it was off track and messed up. Call Arizona Garage about 1:00pm. Would get to me between 4 and 6 pm. Told him I would not be available at that time. He responded, by saying, that he would come to me on his way to his next job. He arrived at 2:15pm and left a little after 3:pm. This was perfect for my schedule.
