I received a call from my tenant this AM advising the AC unit was not cooling.  I called AZ Fire & Ice they were very efficient, friendly & helpful.  Understanding the high temps they advised they would call the tenant right away to make arrangements to look at AC today.  I talked to them at 8:00AM, within 30 minutes they had contacted tenant & scheduled an appt for this afternoon.  They also took the time to email me an update for when appt was scheduled.  They arrived promptly, called me to explain what was needed & had unit running before they left.  It is often difficult to manage a property from a distance when things go wrong.  The people at AZ Fire & Ice went above & beyond to make it a painless process working with myself & the tenant.

This service provider was referred to us through the home warranty company, after another provider failed after 3 visits to fix the A/C.  The appointment was easy to set, within a day or two of calling;  Tech Wade was not only on time, but early, got right to the job, and fixed the problem.  A/C has been working fine since.   The back story is important as well....this unit cools my elderly mother's room, who can become disoriented easily, especially at night;  so it was very troublesome to go several weeks with the first company NOT fixing the problem, actually not even identifying the problem, while we tried to avoid moving my mom out of her room.  So we greatly appreciated the fast and effective service from Wade.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, BOTH IN THE SERVICE OFFICE AND THE REPAIR PERSON. SHOWED UP WHEN EXPECTED, NO DELAY. FIXED THE UNIT AT THE TIME OF THE VIST, WITH NO RETURN NECESSARY.
