The initial job seemed ok as we had never dealt with termites. We really didn't know what we were dealing with and didn't do enough research to know what should be done. The termites seemed to quit at the spot in the house, where we noticed them. They want you to sign up for a yearly rate of $199 to have them come check the traps and see if they need new bait and inspect the property. At the end of our year, they came to inspect the traps. They checked a couple of them but not all of them. There were supposed to be 20 of them. I called and asked the company to send me a map of where the traps were. I could only find 16 of them. I never got a map. I had talked to someone and they had told me the bait should last 6-8 years so I decided to not pay the $199 a year. It didn't make financial sense to me. January of 2017, I noticed termite activity in one of our guest rooms. I called the company and a representative came. They said my information about the 6-8 years was incorrect. That there could be 50 colonies in our house and that unless the traps were checked and baited, I was getting more termites. The representative could not find all of the traps either. He was surprised when I told him that the people who came to check the traps only checked a couple of them and not all of them. He said that wasn't right. He told me that if I paid the $199 x 2 and $80 for redoing more poison in the front concrete they could have a continuing contract with me and do what was needed for the new termite damage. He would get back to me the next day. I told him that if I didn't hear from him in 5 days, I would call him. I didn't think I should have to pay $199 x 2 when I didn't get the full service. He was going to go over the figures and let me know. The next day I got a call from their office wanting me to set an appointment for the treatment in the concrete. I said I wasn't going to do the treatment until I got a call from him about adjusting the fee schedule. I never heard back..... I later learned from many companies that I called after this that the bait system is not used hardly at all by any of the exterminators. They say it does not work... Why would the termites come to the bait when they have a wood house to chew on. This company really was disturbing. I have a new one that I am very pleased with.

It has been quality work. They make an appointment and stick to it showing up when they say they're going to. They do through treatment when spraying and make sure that you are satisfied with the service. We have had a few rare issues but generally the issues do get resolved. We have used them for several years.

They came out and estimated the service promptly and the first time they sprayed went well. After the first spray the technician failed to call before coming out to spray. I have children's toys that need to be moved before spraying so this was something I requested at the beginning. I was disappointed, called the office, they said it wouldn't happen again. But it did, so I called the office again and now have a new technician. So far I am very pleased with him.

They got rid of the termites and they come once a year to check. They aways come when I call and they gave a less expensive offer than what I inherited from previous owners.

I am not pleased with their service at all. We send them a check every year and they don t come when scheduled. We have to beg them to come out to do the annual inspection. I would not recommend them because they are very disorganized and need to be more professional.

The ants were EVERYWHERE. They had practically taken over my home. I would lay down traps in one room and the next thing I knew, they had take over another one. My 4 year old son had walked into the bathroom in the dark and had gotten bites all over his feet. I realized after a few personal attempts that I need a professionals help. I called AZ Exterminating and met with a rep within 24 hours, arranged service and had a bug free home (and yard) within days. It has been over a month and not a single sign of an ant. I can't tell you how relieved I am (especially since I was having nightmares about those little beasts.) The initial service for the annual contract was $200 (but Angie's List members get $50 off thanks for the savings!). The service coverage is every other month for $100 (so about $50 per month) and the best part is you are covered for everything, including termites. If there is ever a sign of a multi-legged monster, I simply call and they come out and treat at no cost! :)

We had been using Arizona Exterminating for years. Our initial service was $35/mo. They switched our exterminator 4 times on us. Our third representative was awful. They then switched from a monthly service to every two months. We started having problems and called for service. We had to wait a week+ for service. Their every two months program does not work. My wife fired them and we started the search for a new exterminator. Prior to the every two month deal, we never had scorpions, afterwards, when they switched us, we found three in the garage, kitchen and bedroom. Our first and second representative would spray the garage, but the third and finally the fourth never did. The third rep, in my opinion was rude, and did not do a thorough job.

An inspector came out within 2 hours of my initial call. I was surprised and delighted at such good customer service. They were able to complete the job just three days later. The crew that came out was on time (actually early), polite, and efficient. It was quick, customer-friendly, efficient service. And after several months, no sign of the little pests.

OUR INDIVIDUAL EXTERMINATOR SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAVE ASKED OF HIM. FOR INSTANCE I ASKED IF THE SCORPION BITE WOULD HARM MY TWO INDOOR CATS AND HE INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE IMMUNE TO THE STING AND ARE QUITE GOOD AT IDENTIFYING THE SCORPIONS. MY VET VERIFIED THIS RESPONSE LATER.

THEY WERE GOOD FOR COMING BACK FOR RESPRAY. THEY WERE BAD WITH HOLDING THE APPOINTMENT TIMES.
