EVERY TIME I GO INTO THAT STORE, THEY GREET YOU LIKE YOU ARE THEIR BEST BUDDY. IT'S ALMOST LIKE A SMALL TOWN FEELING. YOU'RE NOT RUSHED AND BUYING IS A PLEASURE. IF THEY HAVE TO REPAIR SOMETHING, THEY DO IT NOW AND MAKE YOU FEEL WARM AND FUZZY.
