Arizona Cleaning

"The deal was bought on 07/14/2017. The same day on 07/14/2017, we sent him a message through Angies List site since there was no phone number listed on his contact information. In this message we requested for him to call us back to discuss the details of the service and schedule. We didn't hear from him for four days, so we sent him another message on 07/18/2017. Two days later, he called on 07/20/2017. On an initial home assessment, the customer described his home as in "good condition". He asked why the question of the condition of the home. It was explained to him, that sometimes when the conditions of the home is extreme, there would be extra charges, also this is stated in the fine print our of deal. There was no confirmation of extra charges at this time. He continued saying, " oh no, my home is in good condition." He also said he preferred the cleaning to be done on a Saturday because he has been out of town, and he needed to be there for the clean. We informed him that we usually do not service his area nor do we clean on Saturdays; but we would be happy to accommodate him since he already had bought the deal. The service was performed on Saturday 7/29/2017 as per customer's requested and agreed the team would arrive around 0820-0900 am. A service reminder was sent out to his phone one day before of the cleaning. When team was on the way to his home, a text was sent to his number that the team was on the way. The team arrived on time at 0825 am to perform the clean. On an initial walk through, it was observed that toilets were covered in urine and feces inside and around toilet bowl, tanks, walls, and floors. Toilet areas were pretreated with disinfectant and cleaned by hand with disposable rags. The sink in the master bathroom was holding facial hair to its optimal capacity. Blinds, baseboards, were covered with about one inch of dust. Blinds and baseboards were vacuumed first and then cleaned by hand, baseboards were also cleaned with a baseboard-brush by hand. Furniture was covered with dust, bread crumbs, and other items on and under cushions. All sofas and upholstery furniture was cleaned. The kitchen was covered in grease from cabinets, to countertops, and the glass stove top could not be seen. The glass stove top was covered with black burned areas and about one inch of grease. The kitchen and breakfast area-linoleum-floors were blacks and covered with crumbs, leaves, food particles, it ended up clogging our vacuum hose when we were vacuuming it. The floors in the kitchen and breakfast area were mopped and scrubbed four times. 11 labors hours and 80 cleaning rags were used to complete the job. On a final walk through, the team supervisor mentioned to him that the house needed TLC and that it was different that what was originally said in the phone conversation. The supervisor said to him that usually we would charge extra for this kind of home condition, but that he wasn't going to charge extra this time. Customer said, " I know, it has been seven years since I cleaned it." In the end customer acknowledged his satisfaction by saying that he was happy with the service and that we exceeded his expectations."

"Thank you for your review. Our company takes pride in delivering the best quality of home cleaning services. When a move out clean is to be performed, we usually suggest that the unnoccupied home be ready. The living room area still had furniture (pool table) and boxes on the floor. Kitchen cabinets were full of dishes and not emptied out. These items that were in the way prevented the team to reach those areas. In addition, the customer pointed out that the stainless still refrigerator doors needed more cleaning on the outside, unfortunately these doors had so much tape from removed stickers it seemed like. It was explained to the customer that we do not scrub stainless still items, but we gently clean them with a soft rag and cleaning solutions to avoid making any scratches on the surfaces. On a final walk through, customer said we met her expectations."
