Arizona Building Concepts

The owner of AZ Building Concepts, Danny, was extremely responsive.  He called me back to schedule an estimate very quickly.  He then was very flexible in scheduling the quote and even came to my house on a Sunday.  Danny was very easy to work with and I felt I could trust him from the beginning.  His original quote was a little high for what my husband and I were considering spending on this project.  The next day, Danny called to follow up on our appointment and we negotiated a comfortable price.
The entire project was four days and each day Danny was very punctual.  Danny removed our popcorn ceiling, textured the drywall, and removed our carpet in two days.  The third day, he showed up with the painters, who were great to work with, and were finished in two hours.  The final day, Danny assisted his flooring subcontractors, who were also comfortable to work with. 
Overall, I would recommend AZ Building Concepts.

Very excellent work overall. He was at the door at 8:01 a.m. (his schedule was for 8 start time and he was punctual every day). He cleaned up his work, the house where he was working in and never left any mess or tools or materials for me to attend to. Consumate professional.

These guys were the ideal contractors. On time and super hard workers. Although we altered the design a few times while they were trying to complete what we had previously agreed to, they never balked and were able to fulfill all of our needs, and then some. Because of a tight deadline schedule both Steve and Danny went the extra mile and worked late, very late, so that we were able to complete everything on time. Amazing, seriously. I would have no reservation in recommending them for any remodel or in hiring them again. A+

The price was half of my other estimates.  He was very reliable, nice, and trustworthy.  The job he did wasn't perfect, but it was certainly acceptable.  My only complaint was that I had to spend a couple of days cleaning up the drywall in some places.

After this review was submitted, the owner called to let me know that I could have followed up with him immediately and he would've come out and cleaned up. He was extremely nice!

As I stated earlier, Danny arrived promptly to our agreed upon time each morning. He was very detailed in his work...from proper job set up (to protect our home) to cleaning up at the completion of each day. Along the way, he showed and explained each step of the process so that I would know and understand what he was doing. As we walked around my home, Danny even gave me some home improvement tips and ideas that I could use to improve the appearance of my home...some which I coud do myself! It is rare to find that type of customer service these days...I appreciated that input! The drywall job came out great! You would have never known that work was recently completed; Danny was able to make it look as though nothing ever happened! All the work was completed on time, professionally and at the price of the estimate. Danny definitely exceeded my expectations! I will heartily recommend Danny at Arizona Building Concepts and will also be using his skilled expertise in the future!

Excellent. He was on time every time - in the driveway at 7:55 a.m. and waited to ring the bell at 8 as that was our appointment time. There was no trace of his work in the house as he careful laid down plastic and picked it up and vacuumed after. I have recommended him to several colleagues, neighbors and friends who have used him for service and are extremely pleased with his workmanship. I highly recommend Danny at Arizona Building Concepts.
