I called and they did a lot of checking for parts and analyzed the problem on the phone. The repair person was here later that afternoon and fixed the refrigerator. He called to update me on the schedule and was very informative about the work he completed. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

They are excellent. I decided to use them after I found them online. I think they performed authorized service for my brand of refrigerator. I also think they are on Angie's List. The technician who came out was on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to go get the part, but was back very quickly. He was very much punctual and did what he said he was going to do.
