Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts. Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue. We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.
Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed.
He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound. He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said.
He didn't. He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it. The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge.
It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest. I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts!
Caleb was punctual and had to replace a motor, which he did not have with him, but drove 30 miles round trip to ensure that we will have A/C right away. He was very courteous and showed the worn parts that he replaced where you could see the wear. He has done work for me and another family member for the last 9 years and he is very dependable
